At Avora 3D, we are committed to preparing and shipping orders as quickly as possible while ensuring product quality and secure packaging before dispatch.
Order Processing Time
Ready-to-ship orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days from the date the order is confirmed.
Custom-made products, or products requiring a specific color or size, may require additional processing time. The estimated timeframe will be communicated to the customer before confirming the order.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Other Governorates: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer depending on the courier company and destination.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, high order volumes, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the governorate and delivery area. The final shipping cost will be shown or communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
If a free shipping offer is available, the applicable terms and conditions will be clearly stated on the product page or during checkout.

Our team may contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order details and delivery address before shipping.
